Privacy, terms and refunds

The agreements that cover your workspace, written to be read rather than skipped.

Privacy policy

What we collect

Two kinds of data. Account data is what you give us to run a workspace: your name, email address, workspace name and billing details. Workspace content is what you and your customers put into the product: tickets, chat transcripts, knowledge base articles, customer records and attachments.

How we use it

To operate the service, bill you for it, and contact you about it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train models offered to anyone else.

Processors we rely on

Hosting and database infrastructure, an email delivery provider for outbound mail, a payment provider for subscriptions, and an AI provider for the AI features on the plans that include them. Each one receives only what its job requires.

Your data, your call

You can export your workspace content through the API and delete your workspace at any time. Deleting removes your content from the live database; backups age out on their own schedule. For access, correction or deletion requests, write to [email protected].

Terms of service

The agreement

Using Support Genix means accepting these terms. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the conduct of the agents you invite and the content you publish to your help center.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk mail, to host unlawful content, to probe or overload the infrastructure, or to resell access without an agreement with us. Plan limits are enforced by the product; deliberately working around them is a breach of these terms.

Availability and change

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. Features may change as the product develops; where a change removes something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice.

Ending it

You may close your workspace whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or fails to pay, after telling you why.

Refund policy

The trial comes first

Every paid plan opens with a 14-day trial and no card up front, which is the intended way to find out whether the product fits.

If you were charged in error

Write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. That covers renewals you meant to cancel and plans bought by mistake.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the workspace drops to Free — nothing is deleted.

Get started

Put the whole queue in one place

Create a workspace, connect a mailbox, drop the widget on your site. The Free plan costs nothing and every paid plan opens with a 14-day trial.
