What it replaces
Four tools, four bills, none of them talking
A helpdesk here, a chat widget there, a docs site somewhere else and a spreadsheet holding it together. Support Genix is the workspace underneath all of it: the same customer, the same history, the same numbers.
Helpdesk & ticketing
Tickets with SLA, assignment rules and email-to-ticket on your own sending domain.
Chat widget
Live chat and an AI chatbot in one embed, with handoff between them mid-conversation.
Docs site
A knowledge base on your own domain, indexed for search and read by the chatbot.
Reporting spreadsheet
Analytics per module — response times, deflection, article engagement, CSAT.
The platform
Six modules on one set of data
Each is a full product on its own. Together they share the same customers, permissions and reporting.
Tickets
A ticket desk that keeps its own order
Statuses, priorities, categories and tags on every ticket, threaded replies with internal notes only your team can read, and assignment that follows your rules instead of your memory.
More about TicketsLive chat
Real conversations, in the moment
An embeddable chat widget with routing, queueing and everything a live conversation needs — and a one-click escape hatch when it should have been a ticket all along.
More about Live chatAI chatbot
The answer is already in your docs
The chatbot reads your knowledge base and answers from it — retrieval over your own content, not a general-purpose model guessing. When it cannot answer, it hands over to an agent.
More about AI chatbotKnowledge base
A help center worth linking to
Multiple spaces, hierarchical categories, version history and a public portal that is built to be found — served fast, indexed properly, on your own domain.
More about Knowledge baseAutomation
The work nobody should be doing twice
Rules that triage, route and escalate on their own, business hours the SLA respects, and saved replies for the answer you have written four hundred times.
More about AutomationAnalytics
Numbers for every part of it
Not one dashboard bolted on at the end — tickets, knowledge base, live chat and the chatbot each report on themselves, and agents get a scoreboard that is actually fair.

Artificial intelligence
AI that earns its seat
Five capabilities, each pointed at a job someone is doing by hand today. All of them read your workspace — your articles, your tickets, your tone — and nothing goes out without approval unless you turn that on.
Which plan includes whatAI ticket reply
Pro and aboveDrafts a reply from the conversation and your knowledge base. The agent edits and sends — nothing goes out on its own.
AI chatbot
Pro and aboveAnswers customers directly on your site from your published docs, and hands over to an agent when it should.
AI docs writer
Pro and aboveTurns a resolved ticket into a knowledge base draft, and rewrites the articles that were never quite finished.
AI workflow automation
Business and aboveReads an incoming ticket and sets the category, priority and assignee before a human has opened it.
AI auto reply
Business and aboveSends the first response to the questions you have answered a hundred times, and leaves the rest for the queue.
Usage is metered per plan, so an AI bill never arrives as a surprise. Run out and the workspace keeps working — the AI waits for the next period.
Self-service
The ticket nobody had to open
Publish once and the article answers three ways: in search, in the help center, and through the chatbot that retrieves it mid-conversation.
- Semantic search over your own articles, not the open web
- Handoff to a human without repeating the question
- Failed searches reported back, so you know what to write next

Proof, not a feeling
Every module reports on itself from day one, so the numbers go back as far as the workspace does.
- First response and resolution time, tracked against your SLA

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs nothing at all, and every paid plan opens with a 14-day trial you start without a card. Billing only begins if you choose a plan at the end of it.
What happens when a trial ends?
The workspace drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your tickets, customers and articles stay where they are, and the features above the Free limits simply stop until you pick a plan.
What counts as an agent?
Anyone on your team with a seat in the workspace: someone who can open a ticket, reply in chat or write an article. Customers are not agents, and there is no charge for them.
Where does the AI get its answers?
From your own knowledge base. Articles are indexed as embeddings and the chatbot retrieves the relevant ones before answering, so replies come from what you published — not from a model's general impression of your product.
Can the help center live on my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and above. Point a CNAME at the portal, verify it, and the certificate is issued automatically. Support Genix branding comes off on the same plans.
Can I move in from another helpdesk?
Tickets, customers and articles can all be created through the REST API, which is how a migration runs. Tell us what you are moving from and we will help you plan it.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; a downgrade applies at the end of the billing period so you keep what you paid for.
Is my data separated from other customers?
Yes. Every workspace is a tenant boundary enforced in the data layer, not a filter added at the edges — a query for one workspace cannot reach another's rows.
